Senior Photo Requirements – Class of 2026
📅 Deadline
● All senior photos must be submitted by: Friday, October 31, 2025
○ Must be submitted digitally
● Also, submit a baby or toddler photo by: Friday, October 31, 2025
○ This can be submitted digitally as a JPEG/JPG or bring in a physical copy to Ms.
Wallenfang–she will return the photo to you after scanning it.
📸 Photo Guidelines
● Format: Digital format–JPG or JPEG
○ (Note: Do not save photos into Word, Google Docs, Photoshop, tiff, gif, or PDF file formats. I
f your photographer does not give you a digital file or download please do not take a screenshot or scan a printed photo.
The quality of doing this is typically poor. Ask your photographer to email a copy to fhsyearbook@freedomschools.k12.wi.us)
● Orientation: Vertical (portrait) only – horizontal photos will be cropped
● Resolution: 300 DPI
● Size/Aspect Ratio: 2x3 (minimum 640 x 800 pixels)
● Pose: Waist-up pose or close ups work best – face must be clearly visible
● Background: Neutral or natural backgrounds work best. Avoid distracting objects or overly stylized
backdrops.
