Freedom High School is running the following College Credit in High School Program (CCIHS)-UWGB Math Courses in 2025-2026.
College Credit Precalculus: Math 104, Precalculus
College Credit Calculus: Math 202, Calc and Analytic Geometry
Enrolling in the University of Wisconsin Green Bay College Credit in High School program courses are a convenient and affordable way for high school juniors and seniors to earn concurrent high school and college credit, while developing key skills for future success. Students pay less than half the standard per-credit tuition rate with the cost based upon the number of credits assigned to each class. It may also reduce the amount of tuition paid when you get to college because of the courses you can transfer (meaning fewer classes you have to take in college!)
1.) TURN IN COURSE OPTIONS SHEET TO GUIDANCE & Apply to UW Green Bay as a CCIHS student. (will be done during an Irish hour during Spring 2025.)
2.) Math Placement Exam=if a student receives less than a B in Advanced Algebra then they will have to take the Math Placement Exam for Math 104. Students will be eligible to take Math 202 upon successful completion of Math 104 or AP Pre-Calc.
3.) Register for the course on the UWGB website(usually done during the first week of class.)
Upon successful completion of a CCIHS course, FHS students should request and send their UW Green Bay transcripts to the colleges they are applying to.
