The School Board President may appoint up to three board members on the above committees, to work with the Superintendent and the Administrative staff. The Superintendent will be responsible for setting up meeting dates and agendas and keep minutes, etc., as necessary. Whenever it seems advisable, a special committee may be appointed by the Board President to investigate and/or work on a specific situation or problem and to report to the Board. The duties will be outlined at the time of appointment. This temporary special committee shall be considered dissolved when its final report is made and accepted by the Board of Education.
