Gifted and Talented

The Freedom Area School District has a program for gifted and talented students.  This year, students will gain extra help during their RtI (Response to Intervention) time.  They will be working on higher-level thinking skills, study habits, and organization.  They will also have opportunities for enrichment, doing activites not cover in their core classes. Students will be identified as gifted using the STAR test,  S-Friq test, and teacher recommendation.
