Freedom Elementary Student Council
Our school has a very active and productive student council. Our elected representatives from the third, fourth, and fifth grade homerooms, do their best to speak on behalf of the entire school population. These representatives attend monthly meetings and give oral reports to every classroom as well as other duties. The officers in charge of running the meetings and guiding the decisions are current fifth graders who have already served on Student Council in previous years. The officers for the 2013 - 2014 school year are:

Student Council representatives: Sage Greiner, Ashlee Platta, Linnea Willer, Corey Van Groll, Alexandra Vieau, Madison Landsverk, Sydney Blau, Charles Jacobs, Mackenzie Hennes, Lucas Murphy, Naleyah Bork, Emma Schuh, Logan Talbot, Anthony Dietzen, Kylie Coenen, Annabel Bartoszek, Alicia Peters, Owen Tisdale, Isley Schuh, Madelynn Jadin, Sydney Bartels, Rylie Murphy, and Laci Bongers.
The advisors this year are: Mrs. Mall-coordinator, Mr. Marquardt, Mrs. Kurkiewicz, Mrs. Van Rooy, Ms. Schmidt, Ms. Baumgartner, and Mrs. Arndt.
Some of the activities the elementary student council has been involved with in the past and will continue to promote are:
Freedom Community Food Pantry
Red Ribbon Week, promoting anti-drug awareness
Donations to state and national causes
Collection of Freedom Foods receipts
Collection of Box Tops for Education
School Spirit Days

FES Memory Book
FES Apparel Sales
Fundraisers for Freedom families needing assistance
